The past weekend I attended a conference held by the Institute for superior formation of the University of Barcelona(IL3) . This year the IL3 Meeting came to its 5th edition and had the participation of LEOPOLDO ABADIA, who discussed the “key points of success during the crisis” and opened a debate with the podium. At the conference there were several meaningful insights about possible strategies to overcome the crisis. Interesting enough , small enterprises (SME) have the potential to change strategy rather faster than big corporations and therefore are able to take advantage of the opportunities arising in this situation. Innovation was pointed put as one of the most important strategies for success. Innovation in the sense of new business models and in the execution of traditional models. Although the path to overcome the crisis has still some way to cover, there are opportunities to discover.
As JFK said crisis in Japanese hat to components First: Danger Second: Opportunity.....
